G-Versity: Achieving Gender Diversity
AbgeschlossenKurzbeschreibung
It is important to ensure that women and men, including members from sexual and gender minority groups (SGMs), are equally represented in Europe’s workforce. The EU-funded G-VERSITY project is a European Training Network that will provide interdisciplinary and intersectoral training to early-stage researchers with the aim of determining the effects of significant background factors on the educational and professional trajectories of women and men, including SGMs. The project will generate scientifically based interventions to be used in workplaces and design an innovative and practical toolbox to be used by the public sector as well as commercial and non-profit companies. G-VERSITY will bring together nine leading European research groups from various sectors and seven non-academic partners, offering training that centers on the collaborative supervision of 15 individual research projects.
